What do I do if I leak through the product?

If you're concerned about the performance of your pad, protective underwear, or brief we're here to help. Take a look at these troubleshooting guidelines to ensure you selected the right product, the correct size, and applied the product properly.

PRODUCT SELECTION

You should select a product based on your sex, type of incontinence, and level of leakage. Please use our Product Finder tool or read through "Choosing the Right Product" to make sure you selected the best product for your needs.

SIZE SELECTION

Use our Height/Weight Charts to determine the best size for you. Adding a few inches or shaving off a few pounds can be tempting, but please be as accurate as possible when reporting your dimensions. Keep in mind, products that are too small will be uncomfortable and products that are too large will leak due to sagging.

APPLICATION

For optimal performance, make sure the product is applied properly. The product should rest snugly against your body. Make sure you're using only one product at a time. While wearing multiple products may seem more protective, it  actually hinders the absorbency process and can cause product leakage and possible skin irritation.
